Rules & Policies
1. You must be at least 21 years old.
2. You must have a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement.
3. You must have two years experience riding a motorcycle of the size you wish to rent and pass an observed test ride.
4. You must obey all traffic laws, and are responsible for all traffic violations.
5. You must wear a helmet and gloves (this is an insurance requirement).
6. You must lock the motorcycle if you leave it unattended for any length of time. We will not replace a stolen motorcycle during your rental term.
7. If you have an accident while riding, and you have been drinking, you will not have any insurance coverage.
8. You must have a credit card to rent a motorcycle.
9. There is a $1500 security hold being placed on your credit card at the time of rental. Insurance coverage on the motorcycle has a $1500 deductible. You are responsible for the first $1500 in case of theft or accidental damage. Mexico Guided Tour Security Hold is $2500 due 48 hrs prior to tour start date.
10. A $150 non-refundable deposit (applied to final balance) must be paid with your reservation; reservations for rentals 5 days and longer will be charged a $300 non-refundable deposit. Under unusual circumstances requiring cancellation, deposit may be applied to future rental. All tour groups must be prepaid. Any tour cancellations within 30 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Mexico Guided Tour Deposits are $300/bike on (1-3 day tours) and 50% of total on (4+day tours) due a minimum of 48 hrs prior to tour start date.
11. Delivery requires full payment of Non-Refundable Delivery Fee and $1500 Security Hold no less than 2 days prior to reservation start date.
12. Unlimited miles on rentals two days and longer. 300 miles on one day rentals; $0.50/mile if exceeded. Mexico: Unlimited miles.
13. You are responsible for any damages to the motorcycle or lost gear provided to you.
14. The motorcycle you will be renting is a street motorcycle. You must stay on groomed roads. Any damages caused while riding off-pavement will be entirely the responsibility of the rider. Mexico tours will encounter some off-road routes.
15. Any Credit received expires 6 months from original rental date.
16. Medical insurance is not provided and is your own responsibility.
